When Knee Pain Stays, What Comes Next?

Osteoarthritis is more than occasional joint soreness. It can cause persistent pain, stiffness, swelling, and difficulty moving. The knee is the most commonly affected joint, with about 365 million people worldwide living with knee osteoarthritis. When existing approaches do not provide enough relief, osteoarthritis clinical trials can help researchers investigate potential new treatments. This Phase 2 study is evaluating an investigational oral medication, to assess its safety and effectiveness for knee pain caused by osteoarthritis.

By participating in clinical trials for osteoarthritis, eligible individuals can contribute to research that may shape future options for people living with persistent knee pain. Participants are supported by Lucida’s experienced research team in a patient-centered setting.
